Booking Process
1.ENQUIRY
The first step to booking with Everything Retro is simply reaching out and telling us about your event.
Whether you are planning a wedding, private party, corporate event or something completely different, we would love to hear all about it and see how we can bring the retro vibes to life.
You can submit an enquiry through the contact page on our website or email us directly at hello@everythingretro.com.au
From there, we will have a chat about your vision and how we can make it happen.
2.QUOTE AND PACKAGE DETAILS
Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we will ask a few questions to gather all the details we need.
We will then put together your personalised quote and package information, including pricing, inclusions and everything you need to know.
You can take your time to look over the details and let us know if you would like to move forward.
3.CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
When you are ready to lock it in, we will send through your invoice and booking confirmation contract.
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 30 percent deposit.
Once these are received, your date is officially locked in and your booking with Everything Retro is confirmed.
4.QUESTIONNAIRE
On the day of your event, our team will arrive around one hour before service begins unless other arrangements have been made.
This gives us time to set up the bar, organise our space, chill your drinks and make sure everything is ready to go.
Once service has finished, we will collect our glassware and clean up all bar related items including bottles, cans and general bar waste. We also take care of bar related rubbish removal so you can continue enjoying your event without worrying about the clean up.
Around 30 days before your event, or sooner if your booking is closer to the date, we will get in touch and send you an event questionnaire.
This helps us finalise all the finer details and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. The remaining balance of your booking will also be due at this time.
We find that confirming details about a month out works best, as plans can still change in the lead up. The questionnaire is your chance to lock everything in, align expectations and ask us any last minute questions.
This will cover details such as trailer parking location, service start and finish times, drink selections, cocktail choices if included, lawn games if added, styling preferences, custom signage and any other special requests.
We can go through everything via email, phone call, in person or even a site visit if needed. Whatever works best for you.
